For over 40 years, Hameed Subaih has cultivated his coffee farm in the Bait Alal Village of Hayma Kharijiya in north Yemen, where the coffee tree is both a symbol of pride and a valuable source of income. Hameed's farm produces a total of only 98kg of the newly discovered Yemenia genetic group. This rare micro-batch of coffee ranks amongst the finest in the world and is a consistent profile favourite - incredibly fruit forward with a unique acidity and exceptional clarity of flavour
