From relocation, to studying, to experimenting – Aleida Morales represents sheer artisanal determination and brilliance. 12 years ago, new to coffee cultivation, Aleida and her husband enrolled into the SENA institute in Colombia to learn more about this crop that seemed popular in the surrounding farms of San Agustin, Huila. Aleida fell in love with the Pink Bourbon coffee variety because of its unique flavour profile, and began cultivating this crop with a keen interest in artisinal farming and innovative processing. This coffee lot is the fruits of her labour; an excellent flavour profile, driven by exceptional farming practices. Expect big prune notes and sticky-like sweetness - a delicious coffee you can absolutely drink by the mug.
