If the driver is late more than 30 minutes then inform the office who will either trace the driver or send you a new driver.
These timings are based on relevant School timetable and are not set by the company.
The Company have contractual agreement with local authorities to provide transport service for special need children and no payment is expected from the families of special need children.
This must be informed to the school and company at earliest possible time so as to inform the local authority that is contracted with us.
